The mission of Martin Luther school is to enrich lives and share Christ through quality classical Lutheran education.  We are committed to give our students a strong academic foundation, as well as a foundation based on Christ.

We are distinctly Lutheran.

Lutheran doctrine is grounded in Jesus Christ who was sent to redeem the world by dying on the cross for our sins.  This doctrine is grounded in the inerrant Word of God. We are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus.

How from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:15-17)

We are distinctly classical.

Classical education forms children to love that which is good, true, and beautiful.  It instills in them a lifelong love of learning, and an appreciation for them to serve their neighbor by means of whatever vocation they may follow.  This model passes on the wisdom of Western civilization to our students, immerses them in rich literature and art, and teaches students the process of how to learn, how to discern.  They learn how to think, not what to think.

We celebrate the gifts God has given each of our students.  As stewards of these gifts, it is our responsibility to cultivate and nurture these gifts to help our students reach their fullest potential.

We are distinctly Christian.

We share the gift of the absolute truths found in God’s Word.  We celebrate the opportunity to share Christ with our students and families.  Lutheran education equips our students to use their gifts in the vocation of their choice, to lovingly serve their neighbor, and to give the glory and praise to God in all aspects of their lives.
